Ui slow response

I purchase xperia sola month ago and its upgraded to 4.0.4.

2 days ago suddenly the language change itself to russian or whatever i dont understand. really!! its in my pocket when i take out....wow!

Its ok, i can change back to english.

1. The main problem is ui response is too slow, let say, I slide to unlock screen, the homepage appear very slow or eg. when I touch setting icon, the menu come out slower. afterwords its function properly.

2. 2nd thing is white spot cursor appear, like in glove mode. but i know when switch to glove mode white ring cursor appear...its whit spot not white ring with same size. (this problem solved)

anybody can solve problem # 1?....thanks in advance.

To increase the performance you can reduce the amounts of widgets on your home screen and also deactivate app's which you don't use.

If you still experience a slow performance you might want to try reinstalling the phone software using SUS.

My widgets I set in one page only, other pages empty. I made hard reset for it to solve the problem. Another funny thing is, my menu unable to rotate when I put my phone in horizontal, before I made hard reset it can.

No problem when I go to setting menu, phone menu or other apps
