    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it your gmail address you have forgotten or your passowrd or both&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you know your gmail address then enter that and type null for the password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I you have forgotten your gmail go to google home page and click Sign In then the link to can't access your account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see if you can get the info back from there then enter it in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;my 3 yr old has locked my phone and its now asking me for a google account log in to unblock it, i had installed an app that gave me an extra touch screen lock code from a numbered keypad, as it kept unlocking itself witht he wavy line thing and calling people, but i cannot remember my google details to unlock it, please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

The most important to remember, our Phone is dangerous for 3yr old and viceversa.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
