help me !!!

help i've had my vivaz for over two months and can't store directly to my memory card or transfer pics/music etc from phone memory to card even my more techie friends can't figure it out.

Hi,

All Media transferred or created on the handset itself are saved to the Memory Card as default. If the content is not saving correctly, please could you advise us of how this is not saving? For example, do you receive any error messages?

If you are referring to transferring files via Bluetooth, the default storage for this is the Phone Memory however this can be changed by following the steps below.

1. Open the Main Menu.

2. Select Messaging.

3. Press Options.

4. Select Settings.

5. Select Other.

6. Tap Memory In Use.

7. Change this to memory card.

I cannot rename my memory card. It shows as "E: NO NAME". How do I fix it? Also how do I back up my contacts to memory card. It gives me options to copy each contact. This will not work for me as I have more than 1000 contacts.

Hi,

You do not need to rename the memory card.

I advised you would need to select the Memory Card here. So replace where it usually says 'Phone Memory' with 'Memory Card'.

hmm, try using a memory card reader. put your memory card on it and rename it and put it back on your phone
