So we can move but nothing happen ? I ask to not buy sd card for nothing...

That's how google designed this option, SD cards are not reliable, low quality ones especially.

settings>apps>(select app)>storage>move to sd

remember , due to google's implementation of memory on android devices. apps that moved to sd card will still have parts of it on the internal memory. not unless you root your device, this can't be fully transfferd to sd card./

try to review your apps, and delete apps that you are not using frequently. move media (images, videos and music to sdcard), restart your device at least 2-3 times a week.

No file of app storage in SD card after it be moved to SD card

I have downloaded and install Bully with 2.81Gb and tranfer it to 16Gb SD card but all the file of the app still in internal storage still reserve space in internal storage even it said "App on SD card: 2.79Gb"!

Hi everyone,
I bought one Sony XA Ultra and I made an update from my old Sony phone that makes the internal memory get full, so I bought one SD card with 64gb of memory but I still having the same problem because I can't move the apps to the SD card. The Android's version is 6.0 that should allow me to do this kind of transfer. Why I can't select the app and send to the SD card? Did happen this with someone too?

I have bought xa ultra and installed various apps.

I moved those apps to sd card, expecting the media downloaded by app will be saved in sd card.

But the media I download is getting saved in internal storage instead of sd card.

What has to be done so that data also gets saved in sd card?
