    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1251999"&gt;@Kelly8&lt;/A&gt;, I am sorry to hear about this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to carry out a quick test on your phone in order to see whether the vibration functions as intended or not? This can be done using the support app. Find and tap Settings &amp;gt; Support &amp;gt; Xperia Tests &amp;gt; Vibration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another good idea is to clear data for the app in charge of sound and notifications. this will reset all settings for the app which might do the trick. keep in mind though that if you have chosen a specific ring tone you will need to set this up again afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to reset the settings for the audio settings, Find and tap Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;amp; notifications &amp;gt; See all XX apps &amp;gt; Tap the three dots in the top right corner &amp;gt; Tap "Show system" &amp;gt; Audio settings &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; Restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this and keep me posted on how it goes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ee/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I updated to pie and now when I receive text messages and calls my phone doesn't vibrate even though I have it set to vibrate when I receive calls and messages. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went and I had did the test and I felt no vibration. Following that I had went and cleared the audio settings and reset. Unfortunately my vibration still doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
