~~problema con mi teléfono celular ultra pantalla, de la nada por ninguna razón comenzó a verae borrosa y todo comenzó a moverse, viendo muchas líneas y varias imágenes el uno al otro~~

Hi @Aguchi,

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If there is no change, I'd recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if anything software related may be the cause of this behavior.

hi, my xperia xa did the same suddenly the screen vegan to make this weird lines on the screen and i dont know what else to do, i already make a software repair with xperia companion and still the same.

any suggestions?

have you tried booting up on safe mode as suggested above?

if the problem persist. it may be a hardware problem, try to contact your local service center for repairs Local support

i allready start my device in safe mode and the screen still the same, can you explain me what is the troubleshooting please?
