Jonas,

If so, then where can a Sony customer place an official complaint with Sony regarding how local Sony branches are handling phone repairs? This is outrageous! I am in the same boat as the original poster and have returned the phone to the Netherlands repair center a second time, after they have supposedly repaired the touch screen, but returned the phone to me with scuffs on the bottom back and a gap near the sim-tray???
I will definitely not recommend SONY Mobile to anyone I know, or hear them wanting to get a Sony phone.. EVER!
