Turn off unblock sound

Hello. Every time I unblock my phone. It sounds a simple sound.

There is nowhere I can turn off this thing and someone told me that is integrated in the new update. I only turn off this sound when i turn off the general one. But I need to listen to the calls!

Hi @Laia13,

If you are referring to the sound that play when you lock and unlock your device you can turn that off if you go to: Settings > Sound > Other sounds > Screen locking sounds > Off

It is turned off and it sounds anyway. This only sounds when I unlock the phone.

I see, I recommend that you try to reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I rebooted the phone to save mode and the sound continues

That is very odd. I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion and start your device without restoring a backup, are you still experiencing the same behavior?
