I've been trying to update the phone for 2 days now but PC C is terrible.</P><P></P><P>So I change the phone from MPC mode to MSC mode...so that I can put it into MPC mode...Disconnect the SD card...so I can connect the SD card..what the heck PC C needs me to set the wrong settings then change back to the right settings I don't know.</P><P></P><P>So anyway, I jump through all the hoops of the PC Comp screens to update the phone just to get a message on the Finish saying "PC Companion was not able to connect to the phone. Please disconnect and connect again.".</P><P></P><P>I have the factory installed Mcafee VirusScan on and I have a 16GB SD Card. Is the problem caused because the PC C timeout settings don't take into account cards larger than the 2GB one installed?
