xperia T memory issues

Hi
Im totally new to this so please forgive any miatakes..i hav s good old sony xperia T but just recently its saying "storage space running out" so i sent everything my phone would let me to my SD card but it hasnt changed a thing,so i get rib of all my apps but same thing..other than facebook i have 4 apps installed and still get the same thing..anybody HELP plez!!

Indeed, you don't have much space left, if you have whatsapp or facebook or instagram or pandora/spotify then

settings > apps > all > look for the apps > clear data > repeat as need it

That seems to have done it..whatsapps!! Is there anyway i can stop this happening again ?? Got 57gb free on SD card but cant move anything else!!

This is what I do

open the file commander app (download one if you don't have one) > internal storage > Whatsapp > copy > SD card > paste it > it might take a while > every now and then cut paste the following

Internal storage > whatsapp > media > open the following folders

Whatsapp Audio

Whatsapp images

Whatsapp Video

Select all the content > SD cards > Whatsapp > media > look for the correct folder > paste it

that's only if you want to keep those files if not just clear the data every week or so
