T3 hangs when installing apps

I am Brenji from India. I bought Experience t3 5 months back and it was working absolutely fine. Today whenever I try to use an installed App, my mobile is getting hang up and need startup by pressing the 3 buttons (camera, volume up & on) simultaneously and it's happening quite often, even while I am writing this message. Please help. I would be really obliged.

Can you attempt to boot to safemode, and let us know if the issue continues in this mode?

Thanks @uliwooly and Jake, thanks for the suggestions. @Jake, I have just booted in safemode and it's working fine. And I also uninstalled some Apps and it seems to be working normal.

That's great news, this must have been an application playing up.
