Voice recording Apps not working

Hello, i have smartphone Sony Xperia T and for this phone Voice Recording apps are not working (i.e. Facebook Messenger and even Record Audio in default system) does anyone know how to repair it?

Before you answer

-I did use PC companion to reset my phone to factory setting at least 5 times (didn't help)

-I tried to delete data/force stop app called Voice Recorder as i found here at forums (didn't help)

-I also tried to reinstall facebook messenger app and i always have everything updated

-I have up-to-date system and android for xperiaT

-And no, problem isn't only at my phone, other users experienced same problems but i couldn't find any solution.

Alright, i managed it myself (Root + Cyanogenmod 12) i didn't even hope that sony support will respond to this. maybe i rejected them with "before you answer - i did reset" part, because it seems they only suggest you to reset phone at all cases

-No respect for customer company

I liked my Xperia but software & support from Sony is just terrible only HW is fine (not great) .No more Sony in the future.
