Headphones mode stuck in Xperia T2 Ultra

My brand new Sony Xperia T2 ultra has been stuck in headphone mode. Restarting and updating did not fix the problem, contact is clear of dirt. Cannot make phone calls (unless in speaker mode) or use the speakers for music. No sound in apps. What can I do?

there is no symbol. Software update seemed to fix the problem

Yes , nothing works ! Even after i updated the lollipop to 5.1 and no headphone symbol ,, i now use sound about to fix the problem and it works but cant use headphone anymore please help

My Xperia T2 Ultra is a few days old and it's too stuck in headphone mode with no sound what so ever. I'm on Android 5.1.1. Please help have tried safe mode and clear data in smart connect.

The problem still exists i have downloaded the old version of the Kit Kat 4.4 and The problem was solved but when i update again to LollyPop 5.1.1 The problem surfaced again and the program smartconnect he say The headset is connected and Knowing that the headset is not connected i think the problem from new update solve this bug please or tell me Radical solution !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have other suggestion other than contacting your Local support as I can't recreate this issue with my T2 Ultra.

Replace the headphone jack that's it.
