Restart your PC > run PCC > click on support zone > software update > start > repair phone > continue > accept data removal > next > select your Xperia

ri being a customer had taken 3 sony handsets(Xperia Z ultra) online. i had got a warranty of 1year. during the completion of the waranty my phone screen went off and i visited the service center at malad east (krish electronics) and the did not get proper service and was told to pay 25k. then later i got to know i would have got accidental waranty but i had ordered for another sony handset but even that screen went off and i visited the store as the waranty was for 1 years but the person i spoke to is saying to pay 50% payment.

the person i spoke to his customer ID is 115051700415

when i gave the feedback i got a call from the call center but still i did not get any resolution. instead the person on call didnot even know anything above soft ware and hardware. what kind of service is this??

i have payed 99K

45K for Sony Z ultra

Repairing cost around 25K

2nd handset Sony Z ultra 19K

repairing cost for this hanset is 50% as per the service person says.

whats service am i get for just perchasing 2 handset and almost 1 lakh.
