my sp doing my nut in

I really do like my sp but it doing my nut in keeps freezing turning on and off it lags so much I tried all the obvious delete apps and media but still it's doing it I can't go on the Internet or Facebook without been constantly kicked off and I noticed the sounds not the same in quality or loudness anyone else having theses problems??

You could boot on safe mode and check again

Just done factory reset still playing up really starting to lose my patience with this phone arrgh

I have the same problems, i have tried everything but my phone is driving me mad. The keypad keeps disappearing apps keep cutting off. Apps keep opening on there own. My alarm either switches itself on or off. It regularly just freezes, now when im trying to watch videos in chrome the video cuts out but the sound keeps playing though very juttery and i can't find a way to stop it other than switch my phone off. I sm so close to throwing this waste of money off a wall otherwise im sure it is going to drive me crazy
