I know this subject discussed before multiple. Times but i want to know does i necessarily should.got pc companion installed on my pc to transfer data to my phone or not,?

No,if you enable MSC not MTP it should work without PCC.

No, you can use your PC's explorer

Computer > Xperia SP > internal storage/SD card > copy/paste folders, files, etc

I enable MSC and work but it doesnt allow transfer from internal storage. How to solve this.?

In this case,enable MTP and see if you are prompted to install drivers (MSC should have worked though). Also,check this out:
