No,the software support for miro has ended with ICS.

However,you can try and manually update your phone to JB if you find a compatible ftf file.

You can install a custom Jelly Bean ROM such as this:

Or you can google instead for a KitKat ROM for Miro. There are several available. Only problem is, Camera and radio are not working with Kitkat.
