Sorry to hear that you have problem with the vibration. Because the fact that the vibration comes back from time to time I suggest that you repair the phone software with PC Companion to rule out any software problems.

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text).

i have same proble with my E4 after updating the software still same problem
