I'm not able to update my phone ... Even after installing SUS, I can't do it as SUS is not showing the option of my handset xperia u ... Kindly help me asap !!

it's simple on the top right side of your keyboard you should see something that says prtn scrn then paste on paint, or open start -> all programs -> accessories -> snipping tool

Okay ... I found xperia U option ... now please help me out with the 2nd step where i need to connect the fone to the pc with USB cable and press the volume key ... Im unable to do that ...

turn off your phone -> press and hold the Volume down key -> while still holding connect the USB cable, do NOT release the volume key, the notification LED should be on (green) keep holding until SUS tell you that you can release it

what do you see on SUS? you need to take screenshots otherwise it's hard to help you

if this is the first time you are using SUS or PCC you need to restart your PC, also it'll be wise to turn off your antivirus and/or firewall as this create issues with SUS / PCC

there is one more Xperia U update issue.... When u connect phone to pc and files get downloaded via pc camp.. then xperia u shuts down automatically(maybe making it more convinient for us to straight away do volume down and plug usb back in) . But on pc camp u know it says shut down mobile unplug the usb cable from both sides and then plug back n press volume down key and insert ubs in mobile. At that point as u would think my phone is already shutdown so i just need to press volume down key and insert usb back in pc and update in mobile will start... But here this will not work and update won't start probably.... You have to ofcourse unplug usb from mobile and pc and then "Turn On" your phone once and then switch it off again,,, then keep volume down button pressed and insert usb in mobile then the update would get started! Its a glitch at present happening
