apps downloading automatically

Hi
I flashed my device and set my Google account to sync contacta, and I gave only to sync mail and contacts in settings but I don't know after two hours I seen all my previous installed apps are downloadin and installing automatically
Why is this happening
How to stop it

Settings > backup & reset > automatic restore > off

my sony xperia m dual automatically keeps downloadig some apps in play store....is there any solution???
