Alarm is not showing on lock screen

Hi, I have a Xperia M2 Aqua (Android 4.4.4, version 18.3.1.C.1.15) and the alarm is not showing up when the screen is locked! It's a pain, as I need to enter the PIN to snooze or stop the alarm every time. The problem started on an earlier version and remained even after the last upgrade. BTW, the alarm notification is turned on.

Are you using a third party lockscreen and/or home launcher?

I'm using Google home launcher and Smart Lockscreen Protector app, that prevents the phone to be turned off on lock screen. But thanks for bringing it to my mind. I uninstalled this Smart Lockscreen, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and the alarmed appeared back on the lock screen!!!
