All of a sudden my phone has decided it doesn't want to interact with my computer, anyone any ideas?

Try the basic, restart the computer and phone, try different usb ports and cables

Yes, tried all that, tried with desktop and laptop, no different

Sorry, je suis an idiot!! Changed the usb cable and hey presto!! Thanks for quick answers anyway

DOES'NT work .. i already done changing cables..turning off my computer ..
no lock! i think drivers must be installed.. but difficult to find .. someone can help ?

I have the same problem with my Z3.

I believe it is because the MicroSD never worked so I have a maximum of 16GB and is more than 75% full.

I trie different cables and 2 computers and nothing. even different ports.

I have PC Companion and it used to work fine. Once I deleted some things and worked, now not even that.
