Sony Xperia C4 Dual - Network Problem

Hi Sony,
I would need to share with you that it's been a year I bought this mobile phone. It was working fine but since last week my mobile got some serious issues with network, the network bars drops most often. Suddenly both the Sim network bars disappears and comes back after hours. No idea what is wrong. Few days ago I spoke to Xperia support and got an advise to update the device and I had been to Sony service center and updated device but still the problem is same. It will be a great help if the Sony provides some help on this issue. Please.

Perhaps a new SIM card could solve this issue, although it could be network related. Settings > about phone > status > signal strength, what do you see?

Hi,
Thanks for your response, I see signal strength for Sim 1 is " -85 dBm 14 asu" and Sim 2 "-49dBm 30 asu".
Earlier I tried replacing Sim cards in either ways, it was same result. Is it a issue with both Sim cards? If so. Do I need to change both Sim cards?. Actually I haven't faced this issue since one year even though I am using same Sim cards since then. It is really strange

Signal Strength

-67 dBm	Minimum signal strength for applications that require very reliable, timely packet delivery.
-70 dBm	Minimum signal strength for reliable packet delivery.
-80 dBm	Minimum signal strength for basic connectivity. Packet delivery may be unreliable.

Seems to be a network coverage issue.

Network works then suddenly disappears for hours. am using a dual c4 HOW do I fix it?

Exactly the same problem!!!

I need a solution ASAAAAAP!

Restarting or removing SIM cards then inserting them used to work few days ago. But now nothing works!

I CAN NOT RESET MY DEVICE. RESTING NOW WILL MAKE ME LOSE ALL MY INFO AND ONLINE ACCOUNTS WITHOUT WHICH MY PHONE IS WORTHLESS!

Same problem ... My signal strength is 0

((I didn't change my location and my brothers phone can connect))

Is it software or hardware issue?

Same problem with my C4. Network is Zero. And it will comeback after sometime. It works intermittently. It was fine until a year.

same with my device , sony c4 dual e5333 , no signal , i check the imei , baseband , but still no signal , when i try *#*#7378423#*#* , locked remote state = locked , does that have an effect ?
