    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought the Sony Android TV (KD-32W800) in 2022. The tv has a five year warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started experiencing graphic display issues which I raised with the store. They gave me the Sony Support Call Centre, which I found most frustrating, 3 - 4 weeks later was sent a link only to get the message below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another frustrating call later, being told I would have to take the tv to the nearest repair centre, which is approximately&amp;nbsp; an hour's drive away.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for your issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dont have a solution but if it makes you feel better I have had a 55`` Bravia A95K&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have had rude and offensive e-mails from Retailer and a complete lack of help and interest from Sony&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;slowly making a Bit of progress but it is hard and I feel very let down by Sony/Retailer I paid £1999 + installation in good faith&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
