KD-43XE8077 Android TV failure and black screen

Hi there, on powering up my TV got stuck in the Android TV starting screen, with the twirly graphics. I had to pull the plug, and since then the TV will not start at all. I tried the plug out power button reset to no avail. I am considering trying to reload Android TV via USB but the Sony site doesn’t give me an option for this model. Does anyone know which OS version I should download? Thanks very much.

@Dunebuggy, I don't think there's any possibility to download OS version on the TV, you can download software version using USB stick and here is the latest version for your TV: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xe80xx_x80xxe_xe83xx-series/kd-43xe8077/software/00282916
