Blurred picture, unable to do factory reset

I have a KD-49XD8305 Android TV. The picture is intermittently blurry. Every couple of seconds it goes from sharp to blurred picture. It's on all sources, ie TV, Netflix, settings menu, etc. I'm unable to do a factory reset using settings menu and can't use the other method posted online as TV doesn't have a power button. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Page 7 of your reference guide shows you where to find the TV power button and volume buttons.

Thanks for that info. I found the power and volume buttons when I moved the TV and was able to do a factory reset. Unfortunately it didn't fix the picture problem 😞

Hey, can you check if your TV is running on the latest software version from here, maybe your TV is not running on the latest software and that's causing the issue, I hope this helps.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I've just installed the latest software update but unfortunately it had no effect on the picture.
