Hi, I bought the above tv, when I took it out of the box, it fell out! I wonder, is it possible to fix my tv for free, or replace it with another ,?

as I’ve heard “for the sake of customer satisfaction” and reviews.

By the way, how can I be satisfied when I only had it for a couple of days. I would be very grateful!

How did that happen? From my experience if you follow the steps on the box it is merely impossible to drop the TV, as they are usually fixed to the bottom piece of the carton, which after removal will solidly stay on the floor together with the panel.

I doubt that falls under warranty. Do you have an insurance for stuff that breaks around the house? Maybe that does cover it.

Sorry to hear that!

But don't think there's gonna be any in-warranty options.

As @IamNic, said the only option now is if you had any insurance on the TV, or you're gonna have to go a chargeable service sadly.
