49xe8396 strange picture issue on start-up

When I start up my TV I get a pixelation issue (as shown in the video). If I turn the TV off+on again, often it starts working completely normally. Why does this happen? The TV's software is up-to-date.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi @nadirdada Does it happen on all HDMI inputs? I personally would risk a full factory reset. However if it’s on the way out that may push it over the edge. Are you sure that your Sky box is not faulty by trying a different device. What about the cables, have you tried a different high speed HDMI lead.
