The Buffering is your slow internet and not the TV or the App

Since latest update, the tv occasionally ( 3-4 x a week : ( loses sound after watching you-tube ) and the only

way to restore sound is to re-boot android !

This effects both Tv & internet programmes.

Anyone one else experienced it ?

Pete

Hi Pete it could be an app problem presst the menu button on the remote, goto Play store, settings (top right cog) update all apps. That might work also check your settings in YouTube have the picture on highest quality. It maybe a buffering issue, it maybe another 3rd party app you have installed that's causing the problem, in which case just remove the apps one by one and test YouTube or just do a factory reset. Lastly it could be the firmware update in which case you will have to wait 6months to a year for Sony to sort out
