Is there a Setup box connected? Have you tried it with any different TV?

yes it tried the second tv with dvbc tuner and there is no problem

Hey @peluton,

I would recommend getting in touch with Sony directly, as there has been talks online that this is a known issue that they've acknowledged, so maybe they have the solution for it!
