Loose panel on KD-55XH9505 - normal?

I've had this TV for a couple of weeks now and it works perfectly. However I noticed when I gave the screen a quick wipe with a microfibre cloth the panel seems quite loose along the bottom edge. You can see and hear it quite clearly in this video. https://youtu.be/1Bpy0xhlEGM - I was not applying to much pressure.

I had a quick chat with live support yesterday and was told "This is normal, no need to worry about it"

However I've also heard from other owners of the same TV that it definitely isn't normal. The TV is less than a month old and obviously i'm a little worried.

It's normal for the screen to be a little loose and have a gap between the bezel and the display sheet itself, this is mainly for heat and material expansion/compression.

Though, if you are that worried, you can have it looked at by a professional/engineer?
