I have a very annoyng problem with my new sony KD43X8309.

Almost every time I use the TV, after some channel switch, if I still try to change the TV channel it seems that the TV light blinks like the command is received but nothing happens.

The video remains blocked on the channel and the only button that still works is the "home" one, but when the video goes to the home screen, the audio remains on the last channel I was seeing.

The only thing I can do is reboot using the button on the television itself.

Hi there

If you are still experiencing this problem, can you factory reset the tv. It can cure many issues.

already tried.NOT workingit seems a cache problem , cause it happens only after a lot of zapping
