    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jd,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried that, for some reason, the factory reset doesn't work anymore. I go into it and select it and the screen just goes back to the menu. Must be a bug in the build. Is there any other way like a shortcut key or press and hold something at boot that will enable me to re do the install?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have firmware 6.7140 installed. I don't have an icon or app for&amp;nbsp;Live TV &amp;amp; Catch Up. I have searched apps and the only thing I can find in the app store is Live TV. This seems to be a google app and looks like a general EPG.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a look at channel setup and there is absolutely no mention of Youview anywhere in the sub-menus. Once you go into channel setup it asks you to select either analog or digital setup, selecting digital setup it just goes into channel scanning and tuning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They don't make it half hard to locate this, do they &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe YouView features in the Pie update have become this app mentioned by royabrown2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try holding the power button to restart the TV in case it was glitching and then try to use the shortcut as explained in this &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00254818" target="_blank"&gt;article&lt;/A&gt;. Hopefully this makes it easier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I go into "Watching TV" I don't have a "TV Button Shortcut" option. Is there a way I can download Android and do a fresh build?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Downgrading/re-upgrading is not possible as far as I know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try resetting it to factory settings instead. It won't affect the software version, but if there's a corrupted file it should remove it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A complete factory reset done now and still not youview. I do have a TV and I have a program guide button but that's it. I searched the app store and no youview either. I assumed it was just the TV version. Done a factory reset via the side buttons and selected UK as the country on the install. Disabled location services just in case but nada. No youview in the menu or anywhere else for that matter. Have checked everywhere. Tried even looking for it on sony select and the apps store but no go. I do have the TV icon and program guide but that's it. Looks like youview is just not available on the build for my TV even though it says it's been packaged since late 2018!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the cached data (Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) followed by holding the power button for a reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you also tried a factory reset from the menu after the buttons one? The forced reset doesn't actually do a full reset, so it's worth a shot (unless you already did of course).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully, if this is a software bug, this should completely squash it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>
