When setting up, be sure to choose the Sony and YouView T&amp;amp;Cs individually, not the blanket choice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you in Scotland?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try a different postcode - firstly one near to yours and if that doesn’t work, one a long way away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still no go, a Factory Reset may be needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We need to know the model of the TV, though, to be sure this advice is applicable to your set.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After software update am unable to access itv hub not accepting postcode did the same to other players but managed to get them running. Any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
