&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;10-12-2015 - New firmware released on 10 December to fix this issue (PKG2.645.0052EUA - for UK). &amp;nbsp;Awaiting for community to confirm if this is fixed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;15-01-2016 - This issue has been resolved for EU countries. &amp;nbsp;Awaiting update for UK, due end of Feb. &amp;nbsp;Had confirmation from other forum members stating that this is NOT resolved. &amp;nbsp;In fact &lt;A href="https://community.sony.ee/t5/televisions/2015-android-tv-blank-screen-issue/m-p/2093229#M39688" target="_self"&gt;Tarzion&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://community.sony.ee/t5/televisions/2015-android-tv-blank-screen-issue/m-p/2093305#M39694" target="_self"&gt;Komparko&lt;/A&gt; are claiming that this issue is worse FW version 3.169 than 3.155. &amp;nbsp;Also seen other posts on this forum stating its not fixed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;07-02-2016 - Issue is ongoing&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;25-02-2017 - There has been no further complaints about this issue for more than 6 months - with the release of the Marshmallow (Android 6.0) update, it is therefore assumed resolved.&amp;nbsp; This can always be re-opened again at a later date if required.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The aim of this thread is to collate all the issues that are currently outstanding and to provide feedback to everyone in this thread. This thread will be a work in progress and updates on various reported issues will be posted back here on the pages below.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Activate developers mode by going to Settings &amp;gt; About &amp;gt; Build and press OK 7 times&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go out of settings completely (back to home screen)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Developers Mode &amp;gt; General and set 'Stay Awake' to 'On'&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Return out of settings and use web browser as you wish.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When using the supplied IR Blaster t&lt;SPAN&gt;o control a BSkyB Sky+HD box, most controls work great.&amp;nbsp; However, the UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT navigation buttons work, but always sends 3 occurrences of UP, DOWN, LEFT, or RIGHT instead of just one occurrence.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;13-12-2016 - With the release of firmware version 3.533 on the 7th November 2016, the sluggishness of YouView seems to have been resolved.&amp;nbsp; Any residual sluggishness is due to other issues of which should be improved general optimisation in future firmware releases.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When using the discover feature within YouView, some shows do not display a title, but instead show the year. &amp;nbsp;Seems of effect Demend5 movies mostly&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Problem:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some people have reported that after the firmware was updated on 10 December 2015, YouView was then disabled. &amp;nbsp;It appears that a incorrect Firmware was installed - EU version and not the UK version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Upon investigating the reason for this, it appears that the people effected have either enabled a proxy server or using some type of DNS changing service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Updates:&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;19-12-2015&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sony is still investigating a solution for this, however at current there is still no solution, but it is likely that the effected people may need to wait until the next firmware update - this is due to the EU firmware version havibg a slightly higher version number to the current UK version, hence when trying to install UK version gives a message of no newer firmware found.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;07-02-2016&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the release of &lt;SPAN style="line-height: inherit;"&gt;PKG3.179.0100EUA on 2 Feb, this has over-written the incorrectly installed FW. &amp;nbsp;It is advisable that people disable these SmartDNS or VPN services when a new FW is released. &amp;nbsp;If not possible, disable the auto software updates on the TV and manually do an update via USB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
