No sound on ITV Hub

Hi, I have just bought a new smart tv, but its more hassle ! I have no itvhub catch up and other catch up places, it keeps jumping and there is no sound, I cleared it once by doing a factory re set but now its happened again - all the updates are turned on automatically. Does anybody know what's going on. Also when it was working when it got to the adverts on catch up it would just turn itself off and not continue with the programme. its driving me mad! We paid for a film the other day on prime and there was no sound - using our old tv instead.😤

What model are you having an issue with and what is the software version you have on there?

ive had a similar issue. its hardly a hi tech solution but see if this works - it has for me. hold the power button on the remote until an option with restart comes on and select that. itll take a minute for android TV to reboot,

for me it was all of my streaming apps, also including youtube
