Please write your question in English in the UK forum.

In any case your tv does not support any kind of bluetooth audio device since it does not have the needed A2DP bluetooth profile

i don't understand why sony doesn't support sony devices 😞

Simply the entry level model you bought doesn't have Bluetooth A2DP support for any headphones, not Sony ones in particular. You should have bought an higher model (or a newer one since 2020's model have now an extended support), or if you were advised wrongly by the seller you should make a claim to him
