BBC iplayer error message

I have a Sony Bravia KDL-50W805C and when I try to load the In Built BBC iplayer I get the following message

There is no Below

I assume that this is an Android / Linux problem as when I Google the above I get examples of computer code

Any suggestions of how to fix this?
