I was sitting watching 'Only fools and horses' today and all of a sudden I get a voice coming through my system telling me what the characters were doing and thinking! How has this started all of a sudden? Any info would be appreciated. Regards

Hello @provostkaypark,

that sounds like the voiceover for visually impaired people was activated - it is usually just an audio setting which you need to turn off in your TVs settings when using the internal tuner to watch TV.

It’s usually called ‘Audio Description’.

You may find there is a button on your remote with AD on it, which you have pressed by accident; if so, once you have found it, press it again to toggle it off.
