Hi everyone.

I have placed an Order for one of these New 48" Master Series OLED TV's subject to Sony giving me a DATA sheet of it's Specifications.

So far, I have heard NOTHING, and a telephone call to the Contact centre this morning resulted in them telling me they hadn't got any information either....

I'm trying to discover the dimensions, weight wall mounting requirements etc... to establish if it will fit in the place that I am proposing to install it.

Do they want me to have one or the LG 48" OLED alternative ?

Hi @sprodrop According to https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/5d872024 it is a LG display so if you can’t wait you might as well go for the LG alternative. If SONY hasn’t published the specifications it makes you wonder where displayspecifications get their data from.

I know LG make the OLED panels. It makes you wonder when the Sony contact centre has NO information, they even had trouble finding the model number on their system.

I have the original Sony 55” A1 OLED which is superb in all ways.

If you use the help of a translator you may find the information you need from Sony Italy in the attached data sheet

Building on @rooobb ‘s suggestion, look at the link with Google Chrome, and it will offer you auto-translation.

Less, of course, any words that are embedded in images, and therefore aren’t detected as text.
