Can't enter password

Using screen keyboard, I enter username but every button I tap to get to password acts as enter. Then I get invalid password. How can I get to the password line.

Hi Fizzyjelly,

I wonder if you have a Wireless keyboard or any USB devices connected to the TV? If you do, try unplugging them, restarting the TV and trying again.

If the issue remains, try a factory reset.

Does this only happen with the WiFi password screen? What about when you search Google or Youtube?

Have you tried pressing return after you're done with the username to then go down using the arrows and enter the password?

I don't really want to go to factory settings. I think I'm resigned to the
fact that this expensive TV can't get internet.

When you "enter" and get the invalid password message are you still on the name field or have you got to the password field at that point?

And is this the WiFi name and password?

As before, I cannot move to the password line. Anything I press
automatically tries to login and then can't because there is no password.
