Sony Bravia Update

My TV has done an update today and we cannot get onto any other channel other than BBC1 buttons on remote do not work does anyone have any idea how to rectify this

The starting point for any help for your TV is it’s full model number, it will start with KD.

Model KD43XE7002 have tried everything still not working

If you have tried “everything” then I’m afraid your only option left is to contact Sony UK Support Please note you don’t have an Android TV it is a Linux TV.
