Did you already try to reboot the tv by long pressing the poweroff button?

Just bought an A8. Loving the picture quality. But having issues with Google Play I own several 4k movies and they just won't stream when you click on it. Screen goes blank for a moment then back to Google Play menu.

Have an AF8 as well and they work fine on that. Checked App version in settings and it's the same on both TV's. Very odd. Any suggestions?

No. Actually solved it by un installing the app updates and it worked. Will try and update app again today and see what happens. Odd that it works on one TV but not the other as they are very similar. If it still gives me issues will try long power off and report back
