cannot connect wired network on kd xf9005

i have tried to connect to wired network without any lack

for the wifi it works great

when i check the network:

wired connection: ok

Local access: faild
Internet access: Failed

the goal is to connect to my computer with kodi or shared folders

Rif.: cannot connect wired network on kd xf9005
