Anyone advise how you turn on HDMI port. Have searched the menu drop downs and unable to find. Called Sony support and they were no help!

All HDMI's doesn't works?

Having looked on the tech site it says you have turn on the HDMI Slot but does not tell you how to do it.

We have Bose sound bar and sky tv.
Current set up

1st ARC HDMI FROM Bose to the HDMI ARC ON TV

2nd HDMI IN FROM BOSE SOUND BAR TO SKY BOX

OPTICAL LEAD FROM TV INTO SOUND BAR.

Sony TV speakers are switched off and in separate audio.

When you view Netflix through sky no problem with sound.
When you view Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon prime through apps we get video but no sound.

We cannot solve the problem😡
