55AG8BU OLED TV

When switching on, the top of the screen is black for a short time before the full picture appears. This also happens occasionally whilst changing channels. Is this normal? We usually are watching via a Sky box.

Does it remain like this for a long time? Have you tried pressing and holding the power button for like 10 seconds until the TV restarts?
