65" Bravia oled keeps freezing

Hi all .

just a quick question.

is anyone experiencing there sony tv freezing while going through the tv guide.

the problem would start if i go flicking channel by channel after a couple of channels the screen will then go blank form 1 minute up to 5 minutes .

Then the tv would reboot itself and sony logo would appear.

just getting a bit worried as its becoming a regular thing .

i know there a couple of wizards on here who would be aware of it.

so all advice, help, tips, be more than welcome .

First of all you have to check you have the latest firmware installed (you didn't mention the model so we could not check).

Than one think you may check is to disable the automatic service update in the digital channel setup.

Hiya thanks for taking the time to reply. its a KD-65A1 oled . great tv but getting worried now.

i changed the settings as you suggested hopefully it will solve it.
