Audio Description gone heywire

Hi re - Sony TV - KD-43XD8099

Only recently has the audio description come on but the strange thing is that it is only on ITV dramas and nothing else. There is not an audio description option in my settings either. Been fine up till this last update now its impossible to watch any ITV drama. Any solutions guys?

you should be able to switch the audio track back to audio without audio description.

That's odd. Perhaps you'll find a solution here. You could also ask for advice from Sony's technical support team here.
