Constant reboot needed

Hi.

Our Bravia "freezes" and needs rebooting almost daily. Is this a common problem? It's also very slow accessing menus and has too many steps needed to get anywhere. Starting to wish we'd bought a TV for half the price!

@Techless it is not normal at all. be sure you have the latest firmware that you can check here https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xg80xx_x80xxg_xg81xx-series/kd-49xg8096/downloads/00016450 e, afterward, I'd suggest you to reset to factory the tv (you'll have to reconfigure it as you did when you bought it)
