Each time I turn my set in it defaults to HDMI 4 and my virgin box is connected to HDMI 3 as this is a 4k port. How do I get it to start up on HDMI 3 without having to keep selecting it via the input source button on the remote. TV is Sony Bravia OLED 4K KD55AG8

Hi @Hank0192, welcome to the community.

If you navigate to the External Inputs menu from Home > TV on your remote, you should be able to set this up. Have a look at the online Help Guide for instructions.
